Artist - Angelo Rizzuto

Angelo Rizzuto

Angelo Rizzuto was a prolific, troubled and enigmatic photographer who lived, breathed and captured New York City from 1952 until his death in 1967. Rizzuto left a staggering hoard of over 60,000 photographs--most of which he developed in his home on 51st street in Manhattan--to the Library of Congress. Only a fraction have yet been catalogued.
