Hruska has been an art book editor for many years, including ten years at MoMA in New York. Being immersed in the visual languages of composition, color, and design has helped her hone her own ideas of beauty and inspiration. These fun fruity dishes began as “friendship bananas”—a simple project to bring joy to Hruska’s loved ones during the pandemic.
