In celebration of International Women's Day, we thought we'd share some words from Jen, our founder and CEO (who—we'll brag for a minute—started 20x200 over 16 years ago!). Then scroll down to see an assortment of editions with some of our long-time female artists.
There was a time when I got a lot of attention and accolades for being a woman in tech, in the art world, in business. It was an incredible, exhilarating time, and I am proud of what I did back then, but it was also... kind of miserable? I could probably write a whole dang book about why it was so miserable, but we'll save that for another time! What I'm proud of today, right now, is that the art world I live in is full of talented women: my colleagues who make my everyday amazing, the myriad artists we work with who inspire me, challenge me and broaden my horizons + countless collaborators. I encourage all of you to surround yourselves with women like the ones I'm lucky enough to spend time with.
